Im appling for mutual divorce and have 3 kids what about pension and kids maintainance

army provides for maintenance of spouse and kids also under army act. however the maintenance granted under army act is pittance. you can apply for maintenance under section 125 cr.p.c to claim higher maintenance.
share from pension, residence protection etc should be claimed as part of alimony for wife and for children, father has to provide for shelter, residence, education, welfare etc till children become major . these can be part of divorce settlement
