Hi Team, What is the procedure to give divorce notice to my wife. She is adjusting and marriage life is not going good. Please help and suggest

okay I understand your question so your marriage life is not good hence you have to looking divorce right you do one think sir first i need your marriage date and your marriage is registered or un registetd it is also important and what wer story is going on like cruality desertion two grounds are thir so now your marriage life what harresment do you had from your wife althoes things it is important and you have children or not that is also important your wife and you agree mutealconsent divorce like 13 B petition also I will file it if you need any help contact me thank you

You’d have to get a legal notice issued to initiate a divorce proceeding. There are two modes in which you can approach - contested and mutual divorce. Do let me if we can discuss this in further detail so I can assist you better.

Dear Sir, You have to create evidence in respect of cruelty caused to you and your family members and record her voice then approach the Court by filing Divorce case. It is very hard to convince the Court that wife committed cruelty on the husband. Anyway if you have strong grounds then approach the Court and get Divorce after issuing legal notice.

Contact any lawyer from this app to send legal notice to your wife if you both are staying seperately... the advocate will draft the notice to be sent to your wife... after that if she don't reply file a divorce petition before jurisdictional court
