Appeal Against Interim Maintenance

Lower court denied interim maintenance but sessions court has granted. Need to file an appeal in high court

If there is an unfair grant of maintenance we can assail the same and also can proceed for review or modification of the said order. However the order needs to be perused to give any specific advice. Please feel free to contact

hello client as i can see your issue is really need to be worried as lower court has denied the maintinance it means there is a case tht maintenance is need not to be awarded but as sessions court have awarded in this case we can break the case and can stoo the maintinance from high court so not worry.

Yes u can challenge the same at HC but why aren’t you talking to your hired advocate in this regard! Kindly follow the guidance of your advocate n if not satisfied then change the council …thanks a lot

Yes…you can successfully file an appeal in the High Court if you are not satisfied with the orders of the sessions court. You can also go for review for any changes in the order passed. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
