Any online section 9 step can I take in lock down period? Or wait for open lock down period in our state court

Which is your state court most courts are taking only emergency cases as such its advisable you wait. Without mentioning name of court its difficult to guide you. Please be specific when you are asking query anyhow in lockdown period nothing is allowed in courts except emergency so wait till it opens

hi. sec 9 of Hindu Marriage act is with reference to the restitution of conjugal rights. in case if your other part stays in a separate residence. then at tbis juncture send her a legal notice calling the other part to join u. send a legal notice first then wait. by the time the court reopens. then plan accordingly and file a petetion under sec 9 of Hindu Marriage act. Rate us if u r convinced.
