Got Call from ADR With regards to DV & Divorce Case filed by my Wife.. What will happen in ADR, Is it Important to go for ADR?, I am ready to give divorce to my wife which she also wants, but maintenance asked by her is to much, can negotiation be done in ADR with regards to maintenance also can all cases be turned down if we both agree on same point?
yes all the cases can be turned down if you both agree on same point and for the part of maintenance u can give her one time alimony and it can be negotiated before the court and if you both are ready then you can filed divorce under mutual consent and get parted with each other and the other cases will automatically be turned down
