Alimony part payment cheque bounce issue

I have settled all DV crpc125 and 498a in 20 lac alimony in which 15 lac was paid in FD and bank transfer but there is 5 lac cheque was bounce and all cases are disposed off is there any chance of case reopen or not or fresh petition will apply

Disposed criminal cases under DV, 498A, and Section 125 CrPC cannot be reopened unless specific conditions in the settlement are violated and the court grants liberty to revive. Otherwise, the remedy is limited to fresh legal proceedings for enforcement of the unpaid amount.

If you have mentioned any such condition while settling then you can file a case, otherwise you can file a case in the Hon'ble Special Court (NI Act) after giving notice of cheque bounce. After this a notice/warrant will be sent from the court. You will get an order in your favour from the court.
