Q: Alimony part payment cheque bounce issue
I have settled all DV crpc125 and 498a in 20 lac alimony in which 15 lac was paid in FD and bank transfer but there is 5 lac cheque was bounce and all cases are disposed off is there any chance of case reopen or not or fresh petition will apply

Hi , My wife was cheating on me and filed a DV case against me.Can I file a case against adultery and moreover she is demanding a lot of money for mutual closure.Advise should I file a case against cheating and should go ahead with divorce mutually or on ground of adultery to reduce the maintenance.
