Sir, I received a mail in my junk folder having all required logos and signature stating that my IP address has some porn related activity, asked me to reply the mail within 24 hours else arrest warrant will be issued. I am in stress please help.

esk liye aapki FIR ko lekar court me application lagani padegi, or court se kahana padega tabhi police aage ki karyawahi karegi, esk liye aapko advocate ki need hogi or procedures k according kaam krna padega

Q: ipc 307, 511, 504, 342, 323 FIR against my boyfriend.

I was manually choked by my boyfriend and I filed IPC 307 FIR against him few days back. bruises on my neck, face and hand., Now I dont want to go ahead with the case and i dont want to face trial. since FIR cannot be withdrawn i want to know what is the process of settlement, how long will it take to get a settlement thru court and close the case. Also is it necessary for me to go to hearing. I dont want to punish him i just want to compromise. please help.

You have to appear before the Hon'ble Court for settlement. The accused will also have to appear before the Hon'ble Court. How are you compromising and on what terms are you compromising. yah sab condition court ko batana padega.

Q: Cheque Dishonour due to insufficient balance

Sir..I have lent 30000 inr ..to a person and he give me cheque of HDFC Bank filled with signed, date of 01.07.2023 and amount 30000 inr...but didn't fill payee name and said me that you fill name as your according..at that time my account is at jaipur. So I filled details of my friend in payee column.noq cheque bounce and drawer intent is that he didnot want to pay money.. cheque filled date 01.07.2023 , my friend apply cheque on 13.07.2023, dishonour 15.07.2023. now what should I do to recei.

you can fill a case against borrower in NI court Jaipur, case fill krne se pahle aapk advocate k through legal notice unko dena hoga, esk 15 din baad aap court me case kr sakte ho, baad me same wale ko court se warrent issue hoga

Q: first incident 2015, second incident 2017 , last 2021 fir 25/7/2023

2015 incident no proof, 2017 incident is based of extra marital affiar after she continues living happily with husband . after 2021 she went to her fathers house and staying about till now date . 2015 ,2017 there is no complain .. 2021 incident is fully false . she filled pariwad in polisestation 498a 406 and others. is fir can be possible . if she and police will not have any proof against husband dwaery demand, and crulety. only 2017 is have proof. but 2015 and 2021 have no evuceance

aapko FIR quashing k liye high court move krna padega, respondents ko notice issue Kiya jayega, unko reply Dena padega or hum log stay application se trail me stay le lenge, baaki high court ki proceedings me hum marit par argument krk FIR ko quash krwa sakte hai
