dear client as per your query I can only suggest that on what settlement she has withdrawn the case as your son is with you is ther any chance of some settlement regarding the unity of your family do not go on maintenance or divorce first if amicably you both along with your son can reunite as if not then the last option is divorce for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

in this condition better is you should contact to your wife and settle all issue with love and calmly. if she not ready for dissolve all issue then ask her for mutual divorce. if you can for maintenance then it's your duty to maintain her. her salary is much less then you. if you want to divorce her then start with a legal notice for divorce and settle all things. for more information you can contact us.
