Alimony and maintainance for a marriage less than one year duration

I got married in September 2017. From the very beginning of our marriage my wife started to suspect me and created domestic violence. Whenever I went to stop her she blackmailed me that she would tell others that I have tortured her. I have already spent 8 Lakhs on her study so that she can stand by her own. I Have sent her to USA for her college intern by taking a bank loan. Now she has returned and black mailing me that I have to give her permission to stay with me. But I know she can harass me If I allow. My income is 50,000/- per month. How much maintainance or alimony I might have to gv. We both are Hindu. No child born
After going through your query, i will request you not to write to your wife and create evidence that you dont want to stay with her, you will be needing to pay 25% alimony as well as property to settle the deal. You must act tactfully before filing divorce or any case whatsoever. There are ways to trap her too
