adding husband family members in 498a case

I filled FIR year 2021 against husband and his family mem .He gave money to police to removed all names .now police filled charge sheet only against husband only I want to add other member name also ,as they have tortured alot for money .I have given wriiten complaint of 5 pages but police made only 1 page ...when i asked they said we cant to add that much details.it should be short.now i want to give detail information about DOWRY

Dear client, as per the statement and fact in the query, you have given 5p complaint, but police have not included the name of your in-laws in FIR of 498 case and only they have made case against your husband. If you want to MAKE your in-laws, accused in 498 case, then you should have sufficient evidence against them that they are directly involved Dowry harassment and you have to show and satisfied Police then only they can add your in-laws name in the case of Dowry harassment case . After that also if police is not listening you can file private complaint through court.

Torture on harrassment of dowry is something that you say you have sufferred from your in-laws also.. But Court needs evidence for that and if is your burden to show evidence to police. if there is no such evidence Police cannot include them.
