My husband having affair with his colleague I saw in his mobile WhatsApp chat but not directly they knew each other more than 3 years but we didn't completed one year of marriage.. and we r having a new born baby and I want child ... So please tell me how to apply divorce

You can issue notice to him for mutual consent divorce. Wait for his reply. If not agreed then you can file contest divorce case against him. If you need more advice please contact me. I will help you to get divorce easily.

you have to establish the allegations with proper proofs and virtual chats of relationship cannot be considered as relationship as per the recent decisions of courts and you have to take ground of cruelty for divorce, completion of one year of marriage is mandatory under the law to obtain divorce otherwise your divorce petition is not maintainable.

Dear Madam, You may apply for divorce with huge alimony and he continued his WhatsApp messages to his female colleague..Thus he has violated moral code of marriage and you can claim divorce on the ground of marital cruelty...
