My husband not taking care of me and baby after delivery, earlier a dowry case is filed against husband and in laws, after baby they neglected wife and threatening to take case back

file a domestic violence case against husband and ask for maintenance, residence and protection from court, the court will grant you maintenance, and also other reliefs as the said act of domestic violence is made for it. better file petition for domestic violence.

file maintenance petition against your husband seeking maintenance for you and your baby and also you can ask litigation expenses before concern court. you may file case against your husband and in-laws under domestic violence act for seeking maintenance, medical expenses and compensation and also provibitory order against them

Which is you location I don't know. Your advocate should prove his income to get higher maintainable. Try to contact good advocate then you can get more money fro him. Becuase you have children and you are not working.
