yes the High court has the right to quash any FIR if that's having any perversity involved in it , the judge will test the veracity of the admissions given by you as well as the allegations made by the opposite party, there must be an error of law apparent on the face of the records submitted by you

The High Court can quash such FIRs under Section 482 CrPC, but only in limited situations:
1. If allegations are vague, absurd, or entirely false – e.g., if no specific role is attributed to the accused, or distant relatives are unnecessarily roped in.
2. If it is a pure matrimonial dispute and the parties have reached a settlement/compromise – the Supreme Court has held that in matrimonial disputes (including 498A cases), FIRs can be quashed once husband and wife settle the matter.
3. If continuation of proceedings is abuse of process of law – e.g., where FIR is filed only to harass.
