Am facing false 498A and DV cases. Should I file for divorce? She is not willing to give divorce. Have three year old girl child also.
at any any time even while pending other cases, you can file petiton seeking orders for divorce
in case if any settlement arrived into between you and your wife, then definitely both can withdraw the cases filed by each other
