If both of you agree on divorce, you may file for mutual consent divorce in the concerned court having jurisdiction and get the divorce in six months from the date of filing. consent terms of divorce are need to be mentioned in the petition.

Well, if you guys are not happy, then seek Mutual Divorce. If you are Hindus living in India, you can seek Mutual Divorce under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act. Make sure, for a year, at least, you should not have engaged Physically with each other and should have remained separately before applying for Mutual Divorce Petition.

In this case you have to decide all your rights and liabilities towards each other and proceed for mutual consent divorce

In the said proceeding you have to prepare affidavits and put all consent terms on oath.
the cooling period for divorce is six months after which you both get decree of divorce
