Hi
you can ignore the threats. They need to issue legal notice to you. Since the company is a fake company, they cannot proceed against you in a court of law.hence they are trying to get the money from you.
If you are still harassed, please do not hesitate to file a police complaint.

Dear sir, it is interesting case of cyber crime of not. When a Cyber crime takes place the evidence hidden in the virtual world has to be saved as Digital evidence. Call them "Digital Crime", "Computer Crime" or "Cyber Crime". They are all in vogue when we speak about the existing conditions of the crime Scenario. The fact is that cyber crime is subject of computer crime which is in turn a subject of Digital Crime. Cyber Crimes are the crimes that are committed in a net environment, especially on the Internet. Cyber forensic is the detailed examination of Computer system in the investigation. the privacy issue is very sensitively handled by the Forensic Experts. Originally, you signed agreement online by sending scanned signature regarding work but you did not send authorized Digital signature and also sent information you can't work. So they cannot ask you to pay amount with threatening. Therefore you can lodge a complaint with Cyber police. You can approach Advocate and file complaint for appropriate relief under cyber law and cyber security.
