My account had been marked lean and account freezed

Account lean mark and freezed by Kayamkulam police, I had collected 35 lakhs from one customer for MBBS admission, he had given the cash as donation, paid in College , he got admission and after that given fake complaint against me ,and police freezed my account and some other account, police threatening me to reach station ,i fear of arrest so I want to file an anticipatory and pil for releasing bank freeze

You have to file and petition for anticipatory bill for the honourable principal district and social code Alappuzha against the FI registered against you to submit all the details of the transactions showing that for your wanna fight please in the transaction and you had acted bona fide without any intention to default anyone

are you running a consultancy? you can approach high court to remove lien and get it operated. I used to do many cases these type. am not able to give my number in this. not pil. they cannot arrest. they just have to conduct investigation and give report to jurisdictional magistrate
