Someone did fraud of 1.5 lakhs

Hi,
Someone in Delhi took my 1.5 lakh rupees. I had asked that company to some printing for me they didn't.
It's been 6 months of paying him he is not giving the goods. He's a fraud.
How can I get my money back?
I warned him that I'll go to authorities and he simply said you can try. Looks like it's his daily routine to crime like this and he might have some contacts in local police station.
He's not hiding his information. I have his GST bill, address and contact etc.
Please guide how to proceed

you can send him the legal notice for recovery and file a suit for recovery also you can file a criminal case for fraud and criminal breach of trust against that company, but first start with the legal notice.

hello client as i can read tht you have been defrauded for rupees one lakh and fifty thousand on the name of printing work for your comany ad well as now tht person is not responding at all in this condition you need to file two cases one is for recovery of the amount along with interest for said period as well as one case for doing fraud with you online method. for this you need to fole case in delgi itself.
