Hi,
I was scammed out of 8.75 lakhs due to a task based scam on telegram last October. The complaint and the FIR both have been filed. Now, around 1.25-1.5 lakhs have been recovered. I want to claim the amount. I was told that I have to approach a lawyer. I wanted to know the estimated amount of money I would need to complete this whole procedure.
