Hello, I have posted some ads on internet regarding my personal sex service I offer and police say it is a crime.
So, I want to know that providing personal service is illegal??
providing sex services anywhere is a crime,how did police come in the situation? hope the right police has approached, in cyber fraud, fake police officers are many. sex services are illegal in india be it personal or professional

providing personal service! I believe you are an adult and your probable clients are also adult! Providing sexual service is however not illegal, but may be immoral and varies society to society. In India there is till date no law which can restrict any major human being from exercising his/her right to have sex with his/her own choice. Recently the SC even made adultery as no offence! But it is every citizens duty to see that no nuisance is caused due to others as well! I hope you are getting my points!
