Procedure to take action against fraudulent credit card transaction

Seeking guidance and help in dealing with fraudulent credit card transaction happened in nov-2017. 4 different transactions were made almost at the same time from platforms such as airtel payment and paytm using my credit card which was in my custody and aftr making multiple request i did not get any relief from bank side.
You should file complaint in the police station in the month of November. But still you can complaint .whenever it may happened , firstly as soon as possible Write a application to manager of bank for cancellation of this transaction. Now a lot of time has been lapsed , Transaction can't be canceled by bank side.
But if ur case is genuine u can get your money through court case along with lawyer fee, and compensation for harrassment, time loss.

you should go to police station with complete detail like transaction date and time detail of POS and you credid card detail from POS police can track the detail of POS holder and get complete address of POS holder and after this she/he can be arrested for such fraud
