My data on Naukri portal is hacked by my wife

I filed a divorce case in 2017 and argument for HMA24 is going on. My profile on Naukri portal was hacked by my wife and my data included resume has been produces in court as evidence against my income and education. I went to Cyber cell Agra, to get a FIR registered but they refused saying its a Family court matter not a cyber crime. Now I wanted to know if this comes under Cyber Crime . If yes, then under which section and how i can get my FIR registered
Definitely it comes under cyber crime ; and person who has done a crime ; done without the content and through hacking ; further court also not admit any evidences extracted through illegal means ! further details are required for exact Advice !
