money debited from stolen phone , how to get money back

my phone was snatched on 23 may 2025 from gulabi bagh and i have filled the FIR the sim card that i used is in my father's name and he is no more such that i was unable to block my sim card but applied to change ownership and blocking on same date but i takes around 2-3 days but when i get my sim card on 27 may 2025 i found that my mother's bank balance is 0 and someone made unauthorized transaction of around 17000 via UPI although i have informed in Cyber crime cell , how can i get money back

sir, you need to give details of upi transaction, record of complaints to cyber crime and their response to complaint (if any). At first approach your bank and report your issues and ask bank to give record of account where money was transferred and there upon file complaint against the concerned account holder. Okay, I feel sad whatever happens with you. Please give written complaint to cyber cell including money transaction details and copy of same given to bank too. Than ask to bank manger to provide details of transaction to cyber cell as well to you. Than take follow up from Cyber cell reason being the cell will get that person who took your money.
