Q: Need Legal Help for Domestic Violence Case Filed at Tis Hazari Court

Hello,I am looking for legal advice and representation regarding a Domestic Violence complaint that has been filed at Tis Hazari Court, Delhi by my brother-in-law’s wife.Although my name and my wife’s name are mentioned in the complaint, we live separately in Greater Noida and have had no involvement in the dispute. We have not received any direct summons yet.We need a trusted lawyer in Delhi who can: • Review the complaint and advise if any action is required.

Please share a scanned copy of the complaint or let us know if you’d like us to help obtain it from the court registry. Once reviewed, I’ll guide you on the best course of action.

Q: My employer accuses me of theft of product stock in warehouse

My company is trying to accuse me of product pilferage or theft on the basis of huge stock shortage (over 80 lacs rupees) discovered in stock audit report. I am completely innocent and have no role in disappearance of products. Since I am in-charge/manager of the department I look after (fulfilment warehouse) and have my signatures on material receipt goods bill as an acknowledgement of receipt, I have been being blamed for the theft of goods.

Advocate Ashutosh Singh Rana answered
Don't give any written or verbal statement without legal guidance, no explanations, no assumptions, and definitely no admissions. Stick strictly to facts if pressed. If the company files or threatens to file a police complaint, contact a lawyer immediately. Be ready to apply for anticipatory bail if needed and challenge any FIR based on lack of evidence.Reach out to me directly for further instructions on how to proceed.

Q: Fraud obc certificate for college but general category student in upsc

My friend is Karan. He doesn't belongs to OBC but through an agent he got OBC-NCL certificate. His name now shows in revenue department obc list also but surely he is not obc. He graduated from college using obc certificate. But now he want to appear in upsc through general category just to avoid problems in future. So will he face any problems if he clears upsc as general category candidate?

Advocate Ashutosh Singh Rana answered
Clearing UPSC through the general category won’t erase the earlier fraud. If he genuinely wants to serve in civil services, coming clean early and legally is the best way. Otherwise, the risk of being caught—sooner or later—is real.
