Q: Non payment of bills from last one yr

Party is not paying gst bill payment from last one yr and father is my owner who died and proprietor of this firm. Now I am owing this firm. How I can recover money from that firm. And company mr person relation firm and he cheat with me. Both mr and company owner.

My company is trying to accuse me of product pilferage or theft on the basis of huge stock shortage (over 80 lacs rupees) discovered in stock audit report. I am completely innocent and have no role in disappearance of products. Since I am in-charge/manager of the department I look after (fulfilment warehouse) and have my signatures on material receipt goods bill as an acknowledgement of receipt, I have been being blamed for the theft of goods.

my phone was snatched on 23 may 2025 from gulabi bagh and i have filled the FIR the sim card that i used is in my father's name and he is no more such that i was unable to block my sim card but applied to change ownership and blocking on same date but i takes around 2-3 days but when i get my sim card on 27 may 2025 i found that my mother's bank balance is 0 and someone made unauthorized transaction of around 17000 via UPI although i have informed in Cyber crime cell , how can i get money back

Q: Fraud obc certificate for college but general category student in upsc

My friend is Karan. He doesn't belongs to OBC but through an agent he got OBC-NCL certificate. His name now shows in revenue department obc list also but surely he is not obc. He graduated from college using obc certificate. But now he want to appear in upsc through general category just to avoid problems in future. So will he face any problems if he clears upsc as general category candidate?
