Mask of my jcc cicl name it is showing

I'm a major case is going from last 4 year when case got started I was minor but also my name is not masked what should I do please tel help my case is 66a of it how to resolve please help

For an offence under Section 66A of the IT Act (note: this provision has already been struck down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the Shreya Singhal judgment), you may take a strong legal ground for quashing of proceedings by filing a petition before the High Court under Section 482 CrPC. You should: Verify your age proof at the time of incident. Move an application for masking identity. Consider filing a quashing petition if the case is still pending. Since you were a minor when the case was registered under section 66AIT act approx four years before you have a strong grounds to the proceeding and protect your identity under the Indian law this is absolutely a good case for quashing from the High Court so I would request if you can connect with the lawyer and get the best support

If you were a minor when the case started, your identity should generally be protected. You may move an application before the court to mask your name and review proceedings under juvenile law. Consult a lawyer to examine the case records.
