Q: Wants To Settle Challans In Evening Court, Unable To Book Appointment

Please share the entire Procedure and Charges to dispose Traffic Challans in Evening Court of Delhi. I did try to book online appointment for the same but it's not allowing me to select any date and time. I would also like to know the Persentage/ratio of Challan Disposing in Evening Court. In Lok Adalat it's approx 1/10th of the Challan then what's the ratio of it in Evening Court (Challan 1000rs). Please share can Commercial Vehicle Challans be disposed too in Evening Courts (More than 1 challan) and above 10,000rs. That's all. Kindly do the needful on this. Thanks. Challan of vehicle through lok adalat can be made through online booking of token and can be cleared through courts. There is no fixed percentage of relief of challan in the lok adalat thus the relief on 10,000 may vary with court to court and the type pf violation of the traffic rules.

Q: My friend send me child abuse video in WhatsApp

In my workplace my colleague shared child abusive video in WhatsApp I watched and immediately deleted. Will it create any future consequences for me.

Mere viewing and immediate deleting of such content without forwarding it to other social platforms or persons does not really constitute a crime.But as precaution, we should report such videos related to children indulge in abusive or harassing incident to POCSO Act or IT Act. To avoid further spread of such video images of children.

Q: Married as a minor, wife cheated on me, and her father asking 15 lakhs

Hi, i was 18 at the time of marriage, rn i am 19, she is 26, i was arranged married, forced by her family, they even gave us 2 lakh rupees for marriage expenses, as we said we have bad financial condition to do it, so theygave 2l, after marriage, i found she is mentally ill, she used to threat of jumping from terrace before marriage, and ran away from home too, she tried to stab me once, and she cheated on me with an neighbour, her father is saying to give 15 lakhs if don't want to stay withher

At first the entire marriage is based on a lie and secrecy that was kept hidden by the bride family before the marriage was even constituted. Thus making this entire relation based on fraud, coercion and suppression of material facts.Also the bride seems to be mentally ill thus demanding 15L is more likely an extortion from the families side thus provide valid reasons to desolve the marriage. And 15L is not required to be paid as it falls more under extortion.

In that condition you can file a legal case against under child Marriage Act ( PCMA ), 2006. Also you can file the police complaint initially before going and approaching the court. No one can force child to marriage.

Q: Appearance of A3 through VC for framing of charges due to health issue

Will sessions Court Judge allow A3 to appear through VC from home for framing of charges, as A3 is suffering from serious health issues and is unable to travel longer distance of 800 kms. Provided remaining accused be present physically before judge. Will judge allow that. If yes what would be the procedure and how to proceed. Please inform

You should be ready for the medical and your lawyer should represent your case with genuine medical ground while you being online present then its judge’s understanding and reserve the decision based on your condition and certificates that he will allow your VC presence or may call for another date to present in person to hear the matter
