Legal action against the person took money online, not returning now

Hello Sir, i am from Maninagar. I have been cheated (Online Fraud) by a guy from Bhopal and now when i am asking him the money back... he is not responding. He told me to do whatever i can do. No one is helping me out. Please help me. Thank you
In this case lodge complaint with Cyber Cell Department at Crime Branch Office, Shahibaug. You should give details like how this cheating happened and why had you given money to them. As well as send a letter with all details to the SP of that area where that person is living.

First of all you need to explain , how you cheated ? I mean to say there are many ways of online cheating, you need to explain detail for the same.
Second you need to produce all communications related documents like emails, whats-app chat, FB chat or any other media with their screen shots.
Third if that was involved any bank translocation, please include its statement copy.
Forth draft the complaint fir the whole incidence and attached all these documents as an evidence and take received copy of your complaint from your jurisdiction police station.
