Q: Landlord Refuses to Vacant the shop

my mother have showroom in Una (HP). Our financial condition is not good and we want to sell the showroom. but tenent refuses to vacant the shop. he is paying only 3700 pm and be there from last 35 years . pls suggest what legal action may i take againt him . my mother is widow and having no source of income as well. and living on rent in chandigarh.

This is a common issue of Legal field. You can file an HRP Suit in the Court with Local Jurisdiction on the Ground of BONAFIDE requirement first and than you van sale your Showroom. Generally such suits takes years to be decided, however as you said your mother having no source of income and if at all she is of senior citizen age the Honorable Court can also expedite this suit.

Q: CCTV Camera installation infringing privacy

I have a problem. My neighbour who resides opposite to my flat has installed a CCTV Camera outside his flat and that Camera is pointing towards my flat. This makes us uncomfortable and our privacy is violated. Tried resolving amicably, didn't work.Is there any law that can protect our privacy?

Yes. In our Laws we have all the powers to protect our privacy until and unless it is our acts are illegal unsder the Law or it causes any harm to society at at large. you can also file a police complaint

Q: TIME OF DEATH AND CAUSE OF DEATH IS UNCERTAIN.

My question is1. how death certificate will issue if time of death is uncertain? 2. The dead body was under legal-madico postmortem but after that death certificate had not been issued so how can one get death certificate of that person?3. Can legal suit regarding to this issue is able to entertain in court? Kindly provide the answer. Much obliged!

Yes. In response to your question whether the Legal suit would be maintainable or not so the Legal Suit is maintainable. So far as the other part of your question is concerned, date of death is material.

Q: I hold Sale deed, still builder says that he has sold

I hold a sale deed of my land in Gandhinagar, but the builder says that he has changed name in 7/12 utara, and now he is not willing to give the land inspite of our owner ship.how come this happen.

He has outwardly sold the property/land to some third person without disclosing him the dact that he has raken earnest money from you. You can approach Civil Court and can get either your your money Back with interest or the land itself.

Q: Conversion of resident property into commercial property

Hello, I want to convert my residential property into commercial property. Can I do that legally? What is the predecessor for converting residential property into commercial property?

Yes you can. But not If it is within Society than it cannot be converted into commercial unless there's any Resolution passed by the Society to that effect. Still you can convert in it in special cases.
