Q: Captured my picture without my permission

There is some guys which capture a kind of nude type picture without my permission and they call it joke. So can i do any action against them ?

Dear, ofcourse you can take legal action against them. If they threaten you with those pictures than you need to file complaint immigiatly with near by police station. Just first talk to any trusted person of your home or elder and inform this incident. Q: On small mistake company asking for huge fine

Hello sir, I was doing an online job with company name . But one day their server was down, I used to call them, but accidentally I login with my phone and laptop both, according to their rule I can't multiple login, but it was just an accident now they are asking me to pay 15000, as panalty, I can't pay any money ,. I am telling them I will do their work completed without payment, but they are not listening. Please help me, I can't go any court

Dear, Can you sand me any copy of contract between you and that company which mentioned such rules..If there is an accidentally event than they need to consider it until and unless they sufer any lose or consequences due to your act. If they sufer such thing or they mentioned specifically such things in their contract with you and it registered contact than , i need to see it first. But otherwise it's not a big deal. Hello Dear,As you mentioned that you used your company's email id in your private browser and someone blackmailing you for the same reason which is not consider as a cyber crime. The information you provided was not enough to judge your matter but prima facie its not cyber crime. If you transfer some important data through that than it may be consider. i hope you get my point.

First of all , Sorry to respond you little bit late.Dear, You are not provided the area you are belonging from but as you mentioned in your complaint i guess you are from some taluka place of Gujarat. After went through with your matter i am suggesting you to directly file your complaint at your region IG office or meet directly to IG Sir and discussed your matter.
