Residential Properties are meant for residential purpose only. When the original building plans and development permission granted, the use was also mentioned. If you change the purpose then its violation of the permission granted. So if you start some kind of business, your neighbour can complaint with the local authorities and local authorities can take the action of even sealing the property.
Q: have question about chargesheet fileing and other process in my case
Hi Sir and Mami m accused for financial fraud, i arrest under IPC 408 and IPC 114, so i m on bail period, but problem is police still not file a charge sheet into a court, and after charge sheet what we will do so court listen to us and given right justice to us.

Q: advocate guided wrongly and now asking for fees
We have been cheated in love marriage back in 2019. After sharing full story with advocate, she guided for 13A with cruelty grounds for justice. Now she is telling that family court has no authority or power for money as we have been cheated for around 22 lakhs. She is now asking for her fees without delivering us our justice on our terms i.e divorce without any money. kindly guide us and help us. She has also stopped order from passing due to her fees.
