Residential Properties are meant for residential purpose only. When the original building plans and development permission granted, the use was also mentioned. If you change the purpose then its violation of the permission granted. So if you start some kind of business, your neighbour can complaint with the local authorities and local authorities can take the action of even sealing the property.

We have been cheated in love marriage back in 2019. After sharing full story with advocate, she guided for 13A with cruelty grounds for justice. Now she is telling that family court has no authority or power for money as we have been cheated for around 22 lakhs.
