Is posting video of my wife trying to kill me on Facebook a crime

I kept an open video on my own facebook id about my wife's cruel nature. The video contains " my wife once tried to kill me and once tried to kill my family members. Now she is giving warning to me and my family by bringing local Don's. So if anything happen to me and my family the responsibility is my wife and that local don". Is this open video comes under cyber crime. I did not used any fake account or not hacked any account or not hacked any information sir.

Hi,
Don't post or kept any videos on Facebook or other social media. Any one complaint against that video , it comes under cybercrime.
You are mentioned that your wife trying to kill you and your family members.
1.Why are you not complaint the issue to the police station against your wife and the local don?
2.Why she was trying to kill you and your family members?
3.Do you have any other evidence?
4.How many times she was trying to kill you?
5. What is the involvement of local in your family issue?
6.What is your present occupation?

Don't Post or save any videos on social media.
Save the videos on your mail ,CD or pen drive etc.
Approach the local police station and complaint against her for security of your patents along with video's.

if the video contains any thing that is insulting a women hen there will chance of filing case against you other wise we suggest you to delete that video as we are not supposed to upload such cruel things on social media,instead you can file a case against them and use this video as evidence against them and get a solution through court.

Though you had valid reasons to post the content on facebook, still it is an offence to publish such articles in face book as such content is incriminating under cyber laws.
You are advised to lodge a complaint against your wife in the nearest police station rather than posting such content on face book.
