Q: Police not filing complaint in case of cheque bounce

I Have gave the money to third party for the Business Purpose but the concern is they are not returning the amount even they are not responding to the calls. So i deposited the cheque for the amount which i should get but it was bounced due to insufficient funds then i approached the local Police Station but they are not taking complaint.

Dear User,Police will not take action against cheque bounce cases need to file case against him in respective court you did not mentioned the amount which you have given to him nor the year of transaction.

Q: FIR filed but no trial taken place yet in the court

An FIR wad filed in 2002 in sessions court.sine then trail has not commenced yet and in pending as on date.What is the way out from this?

Q: Abuse Threat and Blackmailing from Wife what to do

Hindu Marriage. My wife ( this is her second marriage) and her( from her first husband) constantly abusing me, blackmailing me of committing suicide, do not open the door when I back from work late evenings( after 10pm) inspite of being awake, being rude to my parents(senior citizens), made an attempt to disrupt their 43 household and throw away their things and humiliated and acted leading to defaming them in the society. Constant asking money. Hardly ever cooks for me and says she married me as caretaker for her daughter, she doesn't love me or need me. Making my life hell and constantly nagging and shouting, abusing and fighting with me. She is rich, infact richer than me, having land, property, bank balance, FDs, gold etc. Still wants my money. Point to be highlighted, she was ousted out from previous matrimonial home, ex husband committed suicide, ex inlaws threw her out of the house after 10th day of funeral and didnt even accept the child as their granddaughter.

Q: What to do investor cheque bounced

Hello. A investor made an agreement to invest in our event . we made agreement for the same. He has transferred only 15% of amount he agreed to invest. He asked us to take finance before the event so that event will not be cancelled. So we took finance. We made another investment agreement that investor will pay the finance with interest. Now he is not paying the finance money, Interest and remaining 85% of investment. Investor gave 4 cheques but bounced due to insufficient funds. We have all the documents and accounts related to event. What kind of legal action can be taken.
