Installed Cctv Without Our Knowledge Or Permission

I lived in a joint family(owner of the house is in joint manner ,one is my father and my uncle) and our rooms and kitchen is well separated but not by wall....A dining space joint the separation....Situation is if a person stand on this dining space he/she can watch every room,bathroom and kitchen also.....My uncle put a cctv 360 camera(xiaomi 360 security camera) facing towards our room,bathroom and record everything even .It all happen without our permission...We told ur uncle to remove this camera but they refuse to remove by saying that this our portion , they will not remove the camera .....My question is what will i? Is it crime?
It is exactly not a crime but invasion of privacy and i am sure your uncle has some malafide intentions, send him a letter to remove by it, and send the letter by speed post, if he is clever, he will remove or else will get trapped further

first of all don't you have doors in rooms ? doors can be used to avoid cctv camera surveillance.
next is the dining space really your uncle's portion ? is there any partition deed showing each member's portion ? if yes then also your uncle can install camera if
that does not violate others privacy without others consent. if he does install a camera that violates others privacy without their consent then file case in police station and file writ in high court.
