I got a threat from a girl who threatened to file an fir against me.

A girl threatened my son that she will file an fir against him. She claimed that her friend has died because of my son. Her friend and my son had chatted 5-6 times on some mental health app. Her friend and my son had an argument on chats. After a week this friend of hers types messages from her friends account and threatens to file a complaint.
You need not worry at all. First of all it's advisable for you to serve that girl a legal notice writing to her the true facts and simultaneously writing down your grievances addressing the police station according to your jurisdiction. This would be helpful if she tries to indulge you into any wrong and misleading litigation.
