How to get out of complaint filed for harassing a girl and cyber crime

After breakup I send a pic of her to her family which was not actually vulgar but they filed a complaint that there was no relationship and I was just harassing her and they asked me many times not to do it which is not at all true.

please go to the police station and get your complaint registered. Inform them that you are not harassing but only sent a picture which was not vulgar. this should help you and also inform the family that you will not be sharing any photos going forward.

Dear Sir, First I need to apprise you that sending / serculating vulgarity pic of any girl is a very serious criminal offense. Now it depends on the pic you send to her family if it was really having some vulgarity then it may create problems for you. You are advised to hire any lawyer for get out of it.
