FIR for wrongly account credited and used

Two month ago large amount come to my bank account due to technical error and I am use this amount than one month the other party fir 420 and 406 so I talk to party I given all money but they say ask to police officer and police officer seize my bank account so I am investigation the large no. Of people (apporxe 6000) advantage of technical error and large amount credit those people bank account What can we do?

Although it was technical fault ;but still you should have inform Bank about the said amount ,in your case the other party means the Banks ,could have filed case in other sections of Indian penal code but not under section 420 of Indian penal code ;provide details .

Due to wrong technical transaction you are not liable for that and if u make aware to that bank branch or you have given any written application to the branch then you can safe yourself. Tell me onething that after withdrawal of that money after how many days FIR has been lodged or another party is aware about facts?

1) Two month ago large amount come to my bank account due to technical error - " How come you confirming this was a technical error" 2) than one month the other party fir 420 and 406 -"You are not giving the sufficient details above. Kindly elaborate the ground of FIR done against you." 3) I given all money but they say ask to police officer and police officer seize my bank account - " Do you have any written document from police officials for the reason behind seize of account??" Kindly give the correct details and don't hide anything.
