I need to correct my caste certificate. My father's caste certificate mentions 'Beldar' (SC category), but my caste certificate, issued in 2012, states 'Khatik' (SC category). • Ask for the Caste Correction Form and fill in the required details.

Please help me. Some time ago, we used to talk on the phone and we were very close. Then I sent him my pictures and some private videos. After two months, he started doubting me and threatened me repeatedly. Finally, one day I gathered the courage to stop talking to him and changed my number. However, he did not leave me alone. He created a fake Instagram account and posted false things about me, claiming I am his wife and uploaded my pictures. He also followed all my relatives and friends whom he knows through me. He calls my father's number morning and evening and threatens to upload my private videos. He has troubled me a lot. Please help me and suggest a way out of these things and how to escape from this situation. Please help.

Dear concern,This will comes under IT act 21of 2000.You can file a complaint against him under section 67 and 67A. Rest of the offence he has done under IPC as per your comments like threatening to upload, or to do something harmful to you and your family. Kindly proceed accordingly.Thanks & regards.

I have taken a loan from 2 NBFC’s in 2014 in lucknow, at present I am in Noida, at the time of loan I was working, unfortunately after few months I lost my job but I kept on paying the EMI for 8-9 months, I was job less for approx. 1.6 years. After I got a job I contact both the finance company for settlement of my loan, but I didn’t received any response from F, So I settled the loan of B & again contacted F in Aug 2016 for settlement but again no response. Know F recovery person(Female callers) is calling my sister-in-law, friends & company and harassing them they called them 75 times although they are having my number they are abusing me and saying to pay the money within 24 hours. I told them that when I contacted you then you didn’t replied and now you want the money within 24 hours. I need some time to arrange then she said if you will not pay the money within 24 hours then team will lift my wife and kids we know when they are alone. What should I do?

First of all kindly consolidate the details of liability of the loan amount with interest up-to till date at your end. And make a note of it that how much amount you need to pay to both of nbfc. Now go to the nearest police station and launch a FIR against the number from which you got the call for life threatening and harm with injuries for your family.

Before proceeding kindly get the death summary report and injury report with consultation prescription and paid bills with autopsy..it is important to cross check the incidence happened in hospital comes under neglugecy or not by an advocate

I have following question to ask.. 1-Can anyone get someone else CDR. 2- What if he got CDR by illegal means and produce as proof. Is it not a crime? 3- What if someone has whats app chat of the person by hacking or web.whats app portal without the knowledge of the person. Is it not Crime? Can it be treated as a proof in court or FIR??

1) No one can get the CDR for any another person.2) To get CDR from any source is illegal and if he/she has the CDR it means he/she committed the offence along with the offender who has provided the same.
