Sad to hear that. Of course, you can file a criminal complain at a local police station and cyber cell wing to recover your money. This is a classic case of cheating. Draft a complaint and go to your nearest police station.

Please let us know whether you have initiated any action against the accused company and their agents or not?

Our legal team has received number of complaints against Shine.com and Rozgaar in which third party agents / fake recruiters have robed the hard earned money of consumers and job seekers in the name of Registration fee, Resume Etc.

Request you to report the said crime to the investigating agency so that their bank account may also be seized.

Our legal team can also assist you in drafting the consumer and criminal complaint

For any assistance you may contact the undersigned.

Please send us the complete details so that we can start our process.

Yes, you very well can. You can also file a complaint at your nearest Police Station. If the Police does not consider your case, you can also file a complaint to the Magistrate for your case to be registered.

Hello, yes if the act happened online and facts prove that if you were mislead, either orally or in writing as to false claims by the company as to the career opportunities or otherwise, you can take both civil and criminal action, provided you have proper evidence to prove the facts including any false claims by the Institute.

Civil action can be by filing a matter before a consumer court within whose jurisdiction the Institute is situated for refund and compensation, while criminal compliant can be filed before the local Police Station, which themselves will forward to the Cyber Cell in case of any technical information including IP address, etc.

The Cyber Cell, depending upon city to city, may not accept the Cyber related matters directly, like in New Delhi you need to first file a complaint to the local Police Station only.
