You should immediately go to your local police station and make a complaint about the matter with full details and enclose all evidences you have, Police will make a DD Entry and will provide you a DD Number thereafter send copy of your complaint to DCP and police commissioner through post, wait for some days and contact with Police after 6 - 7 days ask them to register FIR, if they deny to register your FIR then you can file complaint in the court U/s 156(3) and then court will order to police for investigate the matter and register FIR.

Please go to the nearest police station and file a complaint of cheating. The police officer will stamp the complain and give it to you.

you can then send it to the person who cheated you and tell him/her that you will go ahead with the case. In addition to this, please file a complain with the cyber cell police wing in your district.

There is many issues or fraud with online job etc.
U should think it is online nd u r deposited a big amount for a job.
It is bad luck for you.
So sad.
Now first u should go in p.s or cyber crime cell where u can registered ur complaint against them and as per my knowledge may be account no. Will b fake also.

Hello, you can file the complaint in the nearest consumer forum, as you must have made payment online. Therefore it will fall within your jurisdiction. Therein you can clam for refund and also compensation. The evidence as to the payment made and the fake claims made by the recruiting company should be annexed as Annexure. You need not hire a Lawyer for a consumer case, you can visit the Consumer Forum in your city and can get inputs from Administration office as well.

Further, you can use Abuse form at the Domain Registrar and the Website Hosting company for that website and report your matter. Additionally, can serve a Legal Notice to the Domain registrar and also the Web Hosting company to cease to provide services to such a online platform, who are indulging in Unfair Trade Practices and Cheating !
