Judge issued BW multiple times under section 354 as accessed didn't appear in court instead accused

Judge issued BW multiple times under section 354 as accessed didn't appear in court instead accused moved discharge application. Technically discharge should not be allowed before appearance bu judge allowed and removed section 354 in his summoning order even he has no right to review his order. Pls suggest what can be done in expedite manner. Revision option is there but it will take time. Any complaint can be done against this illegal order?
