College invading privacy by tracking calls and messages

I am a student in a college. The collage allocated me a mail id for me and asked us to login with our phone as they update informations. But they are violating my privacy by tracking my whats app status phone calls texts and also my contacts what can i do to defend my self in this sitivation?
Colleges in general have the process of providing email ID for students for accessing local services. However, your claim that they are tracking your WhatsApp and phone calls is quite arbitrary.
