Boyfriend of ex girlfriend blackmailing with intimate pictures

My ex girlfriend has given our all photos to her new boyfriend. Now he is blackmailing me that he will upload our all photos on social media. by chance he do this then what case will file against his and may i go to imprisonment also?
Dear client as far as the boyfriend of you earliar girlfriend is concerned he has no Locus. But in case he uploads those images on social media you may file a case of defamation.
