मैं खुद एक कंपनी हु तथा मैंने एक कंपनी से समान खरीदा जो की लगभग पच्चीस लाख का था। जो की मुझे गवर्नमेंट को सप्लाई करना था। परंतु कंपनी के पास स्टॉक मैं नहीं था तो उस कंपनी ने लेटर के माध्यम से बताया कि जुलाई तक दे देगे परंतु वो समान कंपनी ने अगस्त में दिया । परंतु सामान देने मैं देरी की वजह से टेंडर कैंसल हो गया। अब एक साल से कंपनी सामान वापस भी नही ले रही है तथा उसको निकला भी नही रही है। इस विषय मैं मेरी मदद करे

Is there any agreement between you and that company? Or terms and conditions on invoices? Because such transactions will be governed by such agreements. However any case, you can raise your grievance before commercial court or, if applicable, before MSME reconciliation centre.

Dear Sir, One of my friends (a 22-year-old woman) is being blackmailed by someone on WhatsApp and over phone calls. The blackmailer is threatening to make her private photos, taken by her boyfriend a year ago, go viral. He is demanding a physical relationship in exchange for not sharing the images. My friend is extremely distressed and is considering suicide. Please advise on what to do if someone is blackmailing with photos in India? Any guidance or appropriate actions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

First and foremost, advise her not to harm herself. Suicide is never the solution, and it is uncertain whether the blackmailer will stop or escalate their threats after such an action. It's important to approach the nearest cyber cell or police station and file an FIR immediately. Provide all available details, such as the blackmailer's name, contact information, phone number, and any WhatsApp chat history or phone call records. The authorities are equipped to help and take necessary action against cyber blackmail.

Q: UPTET 2019 CERTIFICATE IS NOT ISSUED AFTER QUALIFING EXAMINATION.

I appeared in UP Teacher eligibility test in 2019 Primary level . This exam is conducted by Exam Regulatory Authority Alenganj Prayagraj . Certificate of qualified candidate is send their respective District Institute of Education and Training (DIET). In my case my certificate was send to DIET Firozabad. But DIET Firozabad did not issue my certificate . Then I want to ask that this case calls under Consumer Protection Act 2019. For the exam I paid prescribed fees as mentioned in PNP ALENGANJ PRAYAGRAJ. It is caused by the lapse of duty of DIET Firozabad Official . I have a copy for issuing second copy of certificate in which it is clearly mentioned that the certificate is not found in office but information of certificate is registered in DIET Firozabad Cross list.

You should move an application before DIET in this regard. If DIET is not issuing your certificate after inspecting your records and examination result, you should approach the high court for getting relief.

Yes, directions may be issued by the court for this, if account is freeze arbitrary or without following process of law. However, court may look into why such bank account is freeze which is necessary to know. So, need more information for suitable advise.

In case, you are forming a proprietorship firm, you have to take registration under Shop & Establishment Act, Food Safety and Standards Act and if your expected turnover is 20 lakhs or more, under GST law.In addition to above registration, if you want to form a partnership firm, partnership deed will be required and thereafter PAN of the firm.
