Q: UPTET 2019 CERTIFICATE IS NOT ISSUED AFTER QUALIFING EXAMINATION.

I appeared in UP Teacher eligibility test in 2019 Primary level . This exam is conducted by Exam Regulatory Authority Alenganj Prayagraj . Certificate of qualified candidate is send their respective District Institute of Education and Training (DIET). In my case my certificate was send to DIET Firozabad. But DIET Firozabad did not issue my certificate . Then I want to ask that this case calls under Consumer Protection Act 2019. For the exam I paid prescribed fees as mentioned in PNP ALENGANJ PRAYAGRAJ. It is caused by the lapse of duty of DIET Firozabad Official . I have a copy for issuing second copy of certificate in which it is clearly mentioned that the certificate is not found in office but information of certificate is registered in DIET Firozabad Cross list.

You should move an application before DIET in this regard. If DIET is not issuing your certificate after inspecting your records and examination result, you should approach the high court for getting relief.

Yes, directions may be issued by the court for this, if account is freeze arbitrary or without following process of law. However, court may look into why such bank account is freeze which is necessary to know. So, need more information for suitable advise.

In case, you are forming a proprietorship firm, you have to take registration under Shop & Establishment Act, Food Safety and Standards Act and if your expected turnover is 20 lakhs or more, under GST law.In addition to above registration, if you want to form a partnership firm, partnership deed will be required and thereafter PAN of the firm. In case of company / LLP, you have get incorporation certificate from ROC first.In case of any doubt, please contact.

For running a hukkah palour, you have to obtain some registration and license from various government departments. First of all, you should form a firm which can be a proprietorship, partnership, LLP/company. Get a license for the same from the local authority based on your jurisdiction. Obtain registration from various department like GST, FSSAI, license for shop and establishment etc. For these registration and license, you may be required to submit documents in general like PAN, Aadhaar, Business Address proofs and any specific document may vary in accordance with your case that can be tell after discussion.

Q: Boyfriend of ex girlfriend blackmailing with intimate pictures

My ex girlfriend has given our all photos to her new boyfriend. Now he is blackmailing me that he will upload our all photos on social media. by chance he do this then what case will file against his and may i go to imprisonment also?

In such blackmailing case, you should take help of police and lodge a FIR against him on your nearest jurisdictional police station. You should not fear in such cases, there will be no action against you.
