Accused sending group hotos of police officer through whats app group

One fraud in bangalore has cheated to somany people fake govt contract attaching car to department against him one lodged complaint after some days he posted a photos with police officers in group. I am worried about this and challeged to all to face. and now police are working favoring to him. Using this photos can govt change all polices to investigate if i post this photos to commissioner and i want to hire a lawyer for this case on 50 - 50 sharing. I have an aggrement of 10 lakhs
if this fraud committed within the the government , the corruption act will attracts and you can proceed filing Complaint against them , this broker or agents primarily illegal approaching them for getting work done is against the law or unless you have to prove cheating by inducement , your case not explained completely discuss with any advocate and take immediate steps
