Wrongfully charged with 354ipc

I was injured by sharp weapon and then I filled a case under section 324 and 334 in August 2021. But I received a call from police in December 2021 and then they told me there is a case against me under section 354 which was filed in September 2021 , 15 days after my FIR . But there was silence after that and now again I received a call from new incharge warning me to get bail or they will arrest me. I am falsely implicated.pls help.

It is advisable to get bail first and then seek quashing of FIR in high court. It’s filed as a counter blast to your FIR. You have every reason to get it cancelled. Anything else feel free to contact.

Whoever assaults or uses criminal force to any woman, intending to outrage or knowing it to be likely that he will there by outrage her modesty1, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not be less than one year but which may extend to five years, and shall also be liable to fine

File application complaint to the concerned SSP to mark enquiry in You are a FI R and if you have any required or proof in favour of you and against the other party and also send copies to higher authorities
