Me qnd my girlfriend work in a same company. We are in love because of our bonding we decided to get married and ask for permission from our parents. My parents agreed but my gf parents didn\'t and also forced her to stay in house, taken her phone and abandoned her right after the talk about about our relationship. There is no call or any msg from her side it\'s been a week. Do i hv the right to complain file against her parents and it\'s her right to marry whomever she wants pls advise

if you both are majors than you can get marriage under special marriage act you both have to sub mit joint potion to district magistrate ie DC of your district two witnesses known to you will put their sig natures on petion DM will serve a legal notice to general public through two news papers and after receiving objections if any register the marriage

Q: Wrongfully charged with 354ipc

I was injured by sharp weapon and then I filled a case under section 324 and 334 in August 2021. But I received a call from police in December 2021 and then they told me there is a case against me under section 354 which was filed in September 2021 , 15 days after my FIR . But there was silence after that and now again I received a call from new incharge warning me to get bail or they will arrest me. I am falsely implicated.pls help.
