Wrongfully accused of borrowing money and financial fraud

If someone filed a case against us saying that we borrowed money from them and saying that we did a fraud with them but in reality they stole a check from us and tried to use it in the bank but due to sign mismatch couldn't get anything . And now they are claiming that we went to their home and borrowed lakhs of money to buy a specific property . ( And there is no proof bo written or online transaction , video , audio ) but still they hired 2 false eyewitnesses and demanding lakhs of money.

Greetings for the day, In this situation wherein a case has been filed against you relying upon false, it is advisable to contest that case and submit before the court as to what is the truth and how the cheque was obtained.

Do u file complaint to bank or police when u came to know that ur cheque is lost.. Or is he file any cheque bounce case against you,, u need not to worry, don't give him any money let the court decide if the matter is in court or if the matter not in court then do quickly file complaint against lost cheque for more information you can search me on Google as AK Rohilla Advocate Rohtak or you can also reach to me by searching Rohilla's and singh associates rohtak law firm
