Wife Is Conspiring to Kill Me And My Mother

I have filled for divorce after my wife left me then my wife went to CAW cell and lodged complaint , now I have an audio recording in which she is on call with her sister and conspiring to kill me and my mother with help of her paramour by giving medicines causing slow death as her paramour is in medical field. What is correct way of using this recording and file FIR in police against my wife and punish her strictly by law.

You can file a criminal complaint against your wife and her sister in your area local police station. Provide all recording and other proof to the police so that police can take strict action against your wife and her sister. If police is not filing the fir than you can file a application u/s 175 (3) of BNSS, 2023 that any Magistrate empowered under section 210 may, after considering the application supported by an affidavit made under sub-section (4) of section 173, and after making such inquiry as he thinks necessary and submission made in this regard by the police officer, order such an investigation as above-mentioned with the help of an advocate. Yes it can be done you have to file for contested divorce in court , the court will take legal action and the opposite party have to file a written statement and than further there will be evidence and arguments for further discussion please come for a meeting for better guidance with all your documents. You can file a police complaint asking immediate action on the same and you can give them a copy of the said recording so that they can arrest your wife in the apprehension that she might kill you anytime. Also it would be best if you could allow your wife to cook food and add poison in it so that you can collect the said food sample for the forensic examination and it shall act as strong evidence against your wife.

wife ja chuki hai ab kyu file kar rhe ho. cut the litigation. agar usne maarna hota wo apko leave nai karti. . 65 b ka certificate lagega. fsl ki report ayegi ki audio genuine hai ya nai hai. jis mobile se recording ki hai. wo mobile court mei dena padega as case property.
