What to do if their is no transparency in the partnership

Dear Sir, we have factory of furnace oil. We are three partner. We are dormant partner. Our other two partners are not transparent and they want to give our share. unfortunately it is very close relationship. but we decided to go legally to get our right.

hello, I think that you should register a partnership[ agreement with the other partners. in this way, you would be safe from any future legal hassles. in case they are not willing, then you should approach the courts. regards

If partnership is in registered deed than u all can disolve the partnership before registrar of registration office. If it is not than u all exicute a mou of yours understanding.your consent will disolve partnership.

Firstly it has to be construed whether the partnership is a partnership at will or a partnership simplicitor.. Anyway since u want to get ur claims it would be proper to first go to as per the partnership deed and file a suit for dissollution of partnership and partition of claims thereof under section 69 of the partnership act.
